Our Commitment

Gambling is Entertainment — Keep It That Way

At 399pak, responsible gambling is not a compliance checkbox — it is a core part of how the platform operates. Whether you enjoy cricket betting during PSL T20 season, back your favourite team in ICC tournaments, or spend time in the live casino lobby, the experience should remain enjoyable, controlled and within your means.

Gambling carries genuine financial risk. You can lose money. That is a fact, not a disclaimer buried in fine print. We say it plainly because informed players make better decisions. Every tool, limit and resource on this page exists to help you keep gambling in a healthy place in your life.

This page covers the responsible-gambling framework at 399pak: the controls available to you, how to recognise when gambling is becoming a problem, and where to find help — whether you're playing from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi or anywhere else in Pakistan.

Adults Only: The 399pak platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 years and above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Being of adult age does not by itself make online gambling lawful in Pakistan — local laws may restrict participation. Verify applicable law before registering.

Account Controls

Your Responsible Gambling Tools

All six controls below are available through your account settings. Reductions in limits take immediate effect — increases are subject to a cooling-off period to protect you against impulsive decisions.

Deposit Limits
Instant Reduction

Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week or month. Once the limit is reached, additional deposits are blocked for the remainder of that period.

Example: A daily PKR 2,000 cap ensures you never fund your account beyond that figure in a 24-hour window, regardless of sporting events or promotional offers.

Loss Limits
Instant Reduction

Cap your net losses over a daily, weekly or monthly window. When your losses reach the limit you set, betting and casino activity is suspended for that period.

Loss limits are separate from deposit limits — you can set both for layered protection. A reduction in your loss limit takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed within the active period.

Wager Limits
Instant Reduction

Restrict the maximum stake per individual bet or spin. Useful if you find yourself placing larger bets than you intend during extended sessions or live in-play events.

This control is particularly relevant during high-adrenaline events like PSL T20 finals or ICC tournament knockout stages, where impulsive staking behaviour is more common.

Session Time Limits
Instant

Set a maximum duration for each gambling session. When your time limit expires, you receive an alert and are offered the option to end the session or continue with explicit acknowledgement.

Reality checks can also be configured to pop up at regular intervals — every 30 or 60 minutes — showing session time elapsed and net win/loss figures.

Cool-Off Period
24 hrs – 30 days

Take a short break from gambling without permanently closing your account. During a cool-off period, your account is suspended for the duration you choose — from 24 hours up to 30 days.

A cool-off cannot be reversed early. It takes effect the moment you activate it. Your account balance, pending withdrawals and bonus status are preserved.

Self-Exclusion
Permanent Option

If gambling is causing harm, activate self-exclusion to close your account for a minimum defined period or permanently. During exclusion, you cannot register a new account or access any betting features.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Contact support via live chat or email for immediate activation. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

Platform Principles

How 399pak Supports Responsible Play

Responsible gambling is built into the 399pak platform at the operational level — not presented as an optional add-on or buried in account menus.

Strict Age Verification

Age is verified at registration and again before any withdrawal is processed. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 18 (or the applicable higher minimum) is closed immediately, with the matter escalated appropriately.

Behavioural Monitoring

Our responsible-gambling system monitors account activity for patterns associated with problematic gambling — including rapid loss escalation, session frequency and stake volatility. Flagged accounts receive a proactive check-in from the support team.

Non-Judgmental Support

Whether you want to discuss a limit change, ask about self-exclusion or talk about a gambling concern, the 399pak support team handles these conversations with care and without judgement. You will not be pressured to continue playing.

Transparent Spend Reporting

Your full betting and deposit history is accessible in your account at any time. You can generate a statement covering any date range — a useful tool for reviewing your actual gambling spend honestly and without relying on memory.

No Pressure Marketing

399pak does not send promotional messages designed to exploit vulnerable users or manufacture urgency. Users who have activated a cool-off or self-exclusion are immediately removed from all marketing communications — no exceptions.

Clear Terms, Always

Bonus terms, wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions are stated plainly. Transparency in financial terms is itself a responsible-gambling measure — players who understand the real cost of a bonus make better-informed decisions.

Self-Assessment

Is Your Gambling Still Under Control?

Honest self-reflection is one of the most effective tools in responsible gambling. Review the questions below. If you answer "yes" to three or more, we strongly encourage you to use one of the account controls available to you or to speak with a support professional.

01

Do you find yourself betting more money than you originally planned when you sat down to play?

02

Have you tried to cut back on gambling but found it difficult or impossible to stop?

03

Do you gamble to recover money you have lost — often referred to as "chasing losses"?

04

Has gambling caused arguments, stress or concern among your family or friends in Karachi, Lahore or wherever you live?

05

Have you borrowed money, sold possessions or neglected financial responsibilities — such as household bills — to fund gambling?

06

Do you feel restless, irritable or anxious when you are not able to gamble?

07

Have you ever lied to someone about the amount of time or money you spend on gambling?

08

Has your work, education or other important activities been negatively affected by time spent gambling?

Recognising the Signs

Understanding Your Risk Level

Gambling behaviour exists on a spectrum. The traffic-light guide below can help you place yourself and decide what action, if any, is appropriate right now.

Recreational Play — Low Risk

You gamble within a pre-set budget, for entertainment only. Losses are within an amount you can genuinely afford. Gambling does not affect relationships, work or finances. No action required — continue using your deposit limits as a preventive measure.

At-Risk Play — Take Action

You sometimes gamble beyond your planned budget. You have chased losses once or twice. Gambling has occasionally affected your mood or sleep. Activate a deposit or loss limit now. Consider a short cool-off period to reset. Speak with a support professional if you are unsure.

Problem Gambling — Seek Help

Gambling is causing financial harm, relationship damage or mental health impact. You feel unable to stop. You have borrowed money to gamble. Activate self-exclusion immediately and contact a specialist support service. This is not a failure — it is the right decision.

If you are in the red zone — stop playing now. Contact our support team via live chat or email to activate self-exclusion. Your remaining balance will be preserved and returned through the standard withdrawal process once the exclusion period begins.

Disclaimer: The organisations listed above are referenced as general international resources only. 399pak does not claim affiliation with or endorsement from any of these organisations. Contact details and service availability must be independently verified by the user. No Pakistan-specific gambling treatment service is listed here, as 399pak does not have verified information on currently operating local services. Users in Pakistan seeking mental health support may wish to contact a qualified local healthcare provider independently.

Child Protection

Keeping Minors Away from the Platform

399pak enforces a strict adults-only policy. The platform is not accessible to persons under 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. This is not just a terms condition — it is an active operational requirement backed by age verification at registration and again at the withdrawal stage.

If you share a device, computer or mobile phone with younger members of your household in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar or elsewhere, we strongly encourage you to:

  • Use device-level parental controls to restrict access to gambling websites;
  • Never save your 399pak login credentials in a shared browser or on a device accessible to children;
  • Log out of your account after every session on a shared device;
  • Use a dedicated device or a password-protected browser profile for gambling activity;
  • Speak openly with young people in your household about the risks of gambling.

Third-party parental control tools such as Net Nanny, Qustodio and Bark are available independently and can block access to gambling sites across devices. These are text-only references — users must obtain and configure these tools independently.

Zero Tolerance for Underage Play
  • Age verified at registration — document submission required
  • Age re-verified before first withdrawal is processed
  • Accounts with underage activity closed immediately, balances voided
  • Suspected underage access escalated for investigation
  • Marketing never directed at under-18 audiences

Legal Context

Before participating in online gambling, Pakistani users should understand the applicable legal context. This information is provided for general awareness only and does not constitute legal advice.

The Pakistani Legal Framework

Pakistan's primary legislation governing gambling is the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, which applies to land-based gambling activities. The legal status of remote and online gambling involves a complex interplay of federal and provincial legislation, telecommunications regulation under the PTA, and financial transaction regulation by the State Bank of Pakistan.

399pak does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. Users are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gambling is lawful in their specific location and circumstances.

Financial Risk Disclosure

Gambling involves staking real money on uncertain outcomes. You can and will lose money. The platform does not guarantee any return on funds wagered. Bonus offers, promotional credits and free bets do not eliminate the house edge and should not be treated as income.

Never gamble with money that is needed for essential expenses — rent, utilities, food, school fees or family obligations. If you find yourself using funds reserved for necessities, that is a clear warning sign that your gambling has moved beyond recreational and into harmful territory.

Take Control Today

Your Gambling. Your Rules.

Set your limits before your next session. Review your account activity. If you're not sure whether gambling is still fun, take a break — the platform will be here when you're ready, and your controls will still be in place.
