Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the 399pak platform. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 399pak ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"), governing your access to and use of the 399pak online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://399pak.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces and services offered thereunder.
399pak is an English-language online gaming information and betting platform serving Pakistani users. We cover sports betting, cricket markets, live casino, slots and more. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 399pak platform, you confirm that:

Registration and use of the 399pak platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. Users who do not satisfy all of the conditions below are not permitted to register or maintain an account.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, to register an account and access betting or casino services. 399pak takes age verification seriously. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities.
Each user is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 399pak platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to merge, suspend or close duplicate accounts and to void any related transactions, bonuses or winnings.
The Platform must not be accessed by persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether access to 399pak is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Operator does not make representations as to the lawfulness of the service in any particular country or region.
Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms are not eligible to register or maintain an account. If you are currently subject to a self-exclusion order, you must not attempt to open an account. Persons employed by the Operator, its affiliates, software providers or data suppliers are also not eligible to participate as players.
To create an account on 399pak, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile telephone number. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
The Operator requires identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification documents, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method. Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe following a request from the Operator may result in suspension of the withdrawal functionality or, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. Notify the Operator immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Account currency is set at the time of registration and may not be changed thereafter. Where PKR-denominated amounts are referenced on the Platform, these are indicative figures subject to the Operator's current rates and cashier configuration.
You may access and use the 399pak platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform — including but not limited to reselling access, scraping data, operating automated betting systems or otherwise using the service for business gain — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Operator.
The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, software updates, technical faults or circumstances beyond the Operator's control may cause temporary interruptions. The Operator shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability, provided reasonable efforts are made to restore service promptly.
You must not attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise interfere with the software, systems or data infrastructure of the Platform. Any attempt to exploit errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
Deposits to your 399pak account are subject to the following conditions. The Operator provides payment method information as a reference for user familiarity. Method availability depends on the Operator's current cashier configuration and applicable compliance requirements.
The Platform may reference payment methods familiar to Pakistani users, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, standard bank transfers (including those processed through HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other Pakistani financial institutions) and, where supported, cryptocurrency options such as USDT and BTC. References to these methods are educational in nature only.
Users are encouraged to set personal deposit limits as part of their responsible-gambling controls. Deposit limits can be configured through the account settings panel. Once set, a reduction in limit takes immediate effect; an increase in limit is subject to a cooling-off period as specified in the Responsible Gambling Policy.
Withdrawals are available to users who have completed the KYC identity verification process. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit, or to an alternative method verified and approved by the Operator's compliance team.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected, the user's KYC status and any compliance review that may apply to the transaction. The Operator does not guarantee specific processing times. Users should allow for the following general categories:
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per calendar period. Current limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of submitting a withdrawal request. Limits may be subject to change at the Operator's discretion, with reasonable notice to users.
The Operator reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, AML review or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Users will be notified of such holds and any associated documentation requirements in a timely manner.
Bonuses and promotional offers are provided at the Operator's discretion and are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be staked prior to withdrawal eligibility. Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions and time limits are detailed in the terms accompanying each individual promotion.
The Operator actively monitors accounts for bonus misuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using bonus funds on excluded games; employing low-risk or hedged betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any evidence of bonus misuse may result in the voiding of the bonus, forfeiture of related winnings and account suspension.
The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting and casino activity on the 399pak platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
A bet is only valid once confirmed by the Platform and a bet slip confirmation is generated. Odds displayed are subject to change until the point of bet confirmation. The Operator reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or abandonment; proven errors in odds or market data; evidence of match-fixing or integrity concerns; technical errors affecting the recording of the bet. In such cases, the stake is returned to the user's account.
PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments (including World Cup and Champions Trophy events), bilateral series and domestic competitions are covered subject to specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform. In-play betting rules, dead-ball provisions and Duckworth-Lewis method adjustments apply where relevant. Users are advised to review cricket-specific rules before placing in-play bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399pak platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content available on the 399pak platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of the Operator or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms limits the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure is processed once any outstanding bets are settled and verified balances are returned through the standard withdrawal process, subject to KYC compliance.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where a user has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required for compliance, regulatory or legal reasons. In such cases, the Operator may withhold balances pending investigation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is agreed upon in writing.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, you should contact the support team in the first instance. The Operator is committed to addressing complaints promptly and fairly. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as specified in the Operator's licensing conditions.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent on-site notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.
